A golden sunrise // Mirrored in my opened palm // A new beginning.

Imagine: The Neoballs you love, but gilded and glorious. Realize your luxurious magnet sculptural dreams with neodymium balls plated with 22k gold! These Neoballs are some of the least likely to corrode, scratch or suffer from inelegant handling - and are susceptible only to denting - because all the gold that has been around is still around and will always be around. Like my mother in law. Christ, that woman. The yellow metal in our neodymium magnet balls represents hundreds of years of work mining and refining, all to bring special, shiny 22k gold plated magnetic spheres to you! What a time to be alive!

Take a moment to ask your luxe soul: Do you prefer elegant gold and white, multimetallic gold and silver or gold and another color? We find that the 22k Gold Neoballs are extra beautiful when paired with Gun Metal Neoballs. However, they are the most beautiful when also paired with White Polymer Neoballs, giving you all the official colors of Georgia Tech, a fantastic college - lesser known exclusively because they don’t have a powerhouse sports program - of which one of our writers happens to be a pretty big fan.

Electro magnet spheres tend to be sturdier than their Coated counterparts, however, gold rare earth magnets are the most affected by impact and abrasion. Gold, while soft, does not corrode, and cannot be destroyed. Gold is super badass and cool, based on the evidence that it is the preferred sleeping surface of dragons everywhere, second only to diamonds. They are still susceptible to impacts, being dropped or rough kneading. Nickel tends to be the strongest.

Comes with:

  • 18 Gold Neoballs (5mm) Magnet Spheres
    • A bazillion new dazzled Instagram followers

    22k Gold Corrosive Resistance

Not susceptible to oxidation, rusting, tarnishing, and moisture erosion, this coating is very strong.

    22k Gold Geometric Tolerance

Pretty great shape and size consistency of magnets. These magnets feature a variance of ± 0.02mm. The only magnets with a tighter tolerance are Zen Magnets.

    22k Gold Impact Hardness

Some shielding to collision, scraping, hitting and dropping. These magnets will not withstand high speed impacts, collisions, or rough kneading without chipping or denting coating.

    22k Gold Abrasive Strength

Very good strength against rubbing, wiping, brushing, and kneading.

Neoballs are premium sculpture neodymium magnetic balls by the Zen Magnets Company. 5mm diameter, n35 grade neodymium, and Gold Plated Neoballs feature a ± 0.02mm tolerance, meaning they lie flat in a sheet, are more rigid in a frame, and behave more consistently during construction. We are the last American magnet sphere company, and the only one still fighting for the right to sell High Powered magnet sets in the US. Due to our constant struggle for perfection, colors may vary slightly from batch to batch.

    very nice

so shiny, perfect to decorate large builds with them

    Small but fun

The 216 set is pretty small but still countless hours of fun! The neoballs are very magnetic and high quality, and the gold ones are shiny and looks like the real deal.

    Great buy

Color is great and quality as well. Very easy to work and build with. Recommend to people both new and experienced with neoballs

    there. No such luck.
I received the mixed colored neoballs for christmas and wanted to increase each color with 2 - 18 hex sets. All the colors matched or very closely, except the purple. Two completely different shades. I asked if there was a way to get 3 - 18 hex sets in the same color purple. I sent two pictures showing the difference. They claim to have superior customer service. Not in my case.

    Gold is a soft metal.

This is not really a surprise, but the set I bought developed a few divots and flat spots pretty quickly (I would say that I am medium rough with them). Still, they do look nice and these flaws are fairly easy to ignore in daily use. The Zen magnets (nickel plated) are still the best buy for people who need durability in their fidget toys.
