ACCEPTANCE: If for any reason you decide not to keep your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) calendar days from delivery of the Products to Buyer, in its original box and packing material and in resalable condition, for a refund of the price paid for the Products less the restocking fee described under RESTOCKING FEES below. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable, and return postage is the Buyer's responsibility.

Returned orders must be accompanied by all FREE items which may have been included with the order – any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount based on the item's value as stated on the website. Damaged or missing goods not in original shipped condition will be deducted from the refund total. Buyer's failure to return any Products within the thirty (30) days constitutes unequivocal acceptance of the Products. Custom magnets and items sold as “clearance” or “liquidation” are non-refundable.

Buyer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning a package by emailing contact@zenmagnets.com, or the return package will be rejected.

RESTOCKING FEES: Magnets of different sizes do not behave consistently when mixed and cannot practically be separated once combined, so an opened set cannot be resold as a set. Restocking fees reflect that cost and are assessed on the price paid for the returned Products:

• Returned unopened, in factory-sealed original packaging: 15% of the price paid, or $3, whichever is greater.
• Returned opened – unsealed, handled, or combined with other magnets: 40% of the price paid, or $3, whichever is greater.
• No restocking fee is charged where the Products arrived defective, were damaged in transit, were not the items you ordered, or are subject to a recall.

The restocking fee is the entire deduction taken for handling a return. Where an order qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost we absorbed is included in the restocking fee and is not deducted separately.

CONSUMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM: You have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Where that right applies it takes precedence over this section: we will refund the price paid for the Products together with standard outbound delivery, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned Products, and no restocking fee is charged. We may reduce that refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products. Return postage remains the Buyer's responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS: Retail orders may be returned as described under ACCEPTANCE above. Wholesale orders and purchase orders submitted by Buyer are not subject to cancellation by Buyer; in the event Seller, in its sole discretion, allows the return of such Products, Buyer shall be obligated to pay the applicable restocking fee stated above and any transportation charges or other applicable expenses incurred in the shipment of such Products between Seller and Buyer. In the event the return of Products includes other products not sold by Seller, then Seller at its sole option may dispose of such.
